Evidence and outcomes

Our evaluation approach tracks mental health symptoms, quality of life, quality of functioning, and social supports.

We use evidence-based outcomes alongside participant feedback to guide program improvement and ensure consistent delivery of real results.

Independent evaluations of FRRP have shown clinically significant positive outcomes on a variety of standardized measures of mental health and social functioning, including:

  • Reduced depression and anxiety symptoms

  • Reduced post-traumatic stress symptoms

  • Increased perceived emotional support

  • Improved quality of life and functioning

An independent study of our program conducted by the University of Canberra evaluation team calculated a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of $5.48 for every dollar invested in the FRRP program.
